What is "User's feedback"?

When a swap is completed both users get to rate how the swap went. Positive - The swap was completed without issue. Neutral - There was an issue but the swap was eventually completed amicably. Negative - The T-shirt did not arrive or was not as described. The user can also leave some notes on the trade, which other users can refer to when deciding whether to trade with a user.
